Capital-forming benefits, also known in German as vermögenswirksame Leistungen (VL) are usually an additional payment from your employer. To receive them, you need to set up a VL contract with Ginmon and inform your employer about the contract details. Your employer will then transfer the agreed amount every month directly to your VL account with Ginmon.
