Yes, you can access your invested assets with Ginmon at any time. There are no notice periods or minimum terms.
If you want to completely delete/cancel your account, please proceed as follows:
Send us a message stating you want to close your account.
Make sure to include your account number.
Arrange to have your balance paid out to your reference account.
If needed, set your savings rate to 0 €, to stop any further deposits.
Please note: The sale of your investments and the following payout can take a few banking days.
