You can easily change your address yourself via your customer portal. Please note that two-factor authentication (2FA) must be enabled to change your address (see setting up 2FA).
Follow these steps to change your address:
Go to your profile: Edit profile
Click on “Personal Details” → “Change Address.”
Enter your new address and click “Next.”
Upload a relevant proof of address (in the required formats). Select the type of proof and the date it was issued. Confirm with “Save changes.”
You’ll receive a 6-digit code by SMS at the phone number you registered for two-factor authentication.
Enter the 6-digit code in the designated field and click “Confirm.”
Your address will now be updated.
