If your account still shows the status "In Progress" after registration, there could be different reasons for it. The most common reasons include:
Expired registration: More than 90 days have passed since you signed up, and not all required steps were completed.
Missing documents: The documents requested by us or our partner bank have not been fully submitted yet.
Problems with identification: The video identification was not successful or was not completed.
