If you want to transfer your account to another bank or broker, you need to contact our customer service. For DAB customers, the appropriate transfer form is required, which has to be submitted directly to DAB BNP Paribas. The partner bank usually completes the transfer within two to three weeks.
Upvest customers also need to send a request to our customer service. Please send us all relevant information, including your new custody bank and the securities to be transferred. We will forward this data to our partner bank, Upvest, which will initiate the transfer.
