How long will my data be stored?

Ginmon only stores your data for as long as legally required and necessary for the business relationship. After the contract ends, data will be kept at least until the retention periods expire (usually 5-10 years, e.g. according to Germany’s AML or Tax Code) and then deleted.

For all data not subject to legal retention periods, you have the right to have your data deleted in accordance with Art. 17 GDPR.
