There are different reasons why login might fail:
Forgot password: Click on “Forgot password?” in the login area to create a new password.
2-factor authentication (2FA): If you have 2FA enabled, please verify that you are entering the correct code.
Problems with 2FA: Check your 2FA settings in your user account if you have trouble with authentication.
