No, Ginmon has no access to your invested assets in the sense that they could use them for their own purposes. Ginmon only has a management authorization to make purchases and sales in your portfolio on your behalf. However, the money always remains in your personal account/portfolio at our partner custodian banks; even in the unlikely event of Ginmon's insolvency, your assets would remain unaffected and accessible.
