You can easily cancel your Ginmon account by sending a message to our customer service team. Please include your account number and arrange for the balance to be paid out and, if necessary, set the savings rate to €0.

Our team will then forward your cancellation request to our partner bank and, once they have confirmed, delete your personal data from our system.
